U.S. President Donald Trump said that a major decision is needed regarding ongoing nuclear negotiations with Iran, expressing dissatisfaction with the current process while leaving room for further dialogue. He also suggested that military options remain on the table if necessary.

In remarks to reporters at the White House, Trump said, “A lot is happening now, and we have to make a big decision,” signaling continued engagement in talks despite frustrations.

The United States and Iran recently held a third round of nuclear talks in Geneva, Switzerland, but did not reach an agreement. Trump emphasized that the U.S. seeks “a meaningful deal” and indicated that the use of military force could not be ruled out should Iran fail to meet negotiation requirements.

When asked about the possibility of military action, the president said, “We have the best military anywhere in the world,” adding that while he prefers not to use it, such action might sometimes be necessary. He also acknowledged the risks associated with armed conflict.

Trump reiterated that no final decision has been made yet regarding Iran and that the administration will continue to monitor the negotiation process and consider responses.
