U.S. President Donald Trump confirmed that a naval blockade against Iran has officially begun.

Speaking at the White House, Trump stated that the U.S. Navy launched the operation at the scheduled time. He also mentioned that other countries have offered support and that a list of participating nations may be released soon.

Trump claimed that Iran is eager to reach a deal but reiterated that it must not possess nuclear weapons. He emphasized that abandoning its nuclear program remains a key condition for any agreement.
